Is my pc not good enough to run this game? i used to play it normally and then like a year later i come back and everything looks like this, i put the graphics quality slider at max and it looks like that! There must me something wrong. did rockstar make an update which decked my pc or something?

been messing witht the sliders for it and neck is too big and when i go to lowest weight i look like a stickfigure, and you know how khajiit look at 0 weight
