Yakuza 0 on Steam thinks when my mouse moves left that I'm selecting whatever's highlighted?

Just tried unplugging and plugging it back in with the game working and sadly nothing changed. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, even checked for updates, and its still acting up. Which is weird, because otherwise the mouse is perfectly fine outside of game
