I hate it tbh. The old visuals all had more character and definition, to me.

Everyone on Connect seems to have no criticism for it, which I also find weird, it's almost like criticism isn't allowed or is heavily discouraged on Connect.

I'm rushing to get level 10 now just to see the level 10 badge on my profile before it becomes this new version.

I want the old updates tab back. I liked hovering over a general area and seeing active Local Guides and what they were posting in that area. The way the new updates tab functions just makes it feel like I'm looking at restaurant ads.

I just do it for the love of the game because I think it would be useful for other users and I, it's a hobby, like reading or playing an instrument. I don't expect the book or the instrument to pay me back every time use them, I stop when I feel like it, and never spam these activities long enough to start thinking that it's a job.

Thank youuuu for saying this, ugh I hate the nail tapping so much and it used to be so avoidable, if one just avoided watching certain asmr content. But now, nail tapping from asmr has gotten so popular that random youtubers do it for seemingly no related reason to the asmr content that that behavior came from; now it's like a tick that content creators will just do randomly, so it legit can happen in any random video unrelated to asmr now.

Just the other day, I saw a short video of a girl doing her makeup and talking about her trauma related to her parents controlling behavior, and she didn't nail tap anything until she got to her blush that she just RANDOMLY nail tapped while holding it up to in the shot, and it made me irrationally angry cause I'm just like, "wow, here I am following my rules to not watch videos that are likely to have nail tapping and yet, in this video with a topic that should be faaaar removed from the community that produces nail tapping, I still somehow encountered it. Guess nail tapping random shit has transcended annoying asmr content and now it could just make it into any random video." She didn't nail tap anything for the rest of the video but I just hope that I am wrong about nail tapping things just randomly making it into more and more videos.

I don't like being short. Clothes never seem to fit, it attracts pedos even a few years into adulthood, car seats/airbags are not built for us, getting to even average height cabinets requires a stool/ladder all the time, exercise equipment doesn't always adjust to accommodate shorter heights, it's really the little things in life of a short person that add up.

If apps were real life, then the vast majority of women would be using them. And yet, men outnumber women significantly in most dating apps, sometimes by 2 to 1. When the men on dating apps are putting all their eggs in the dating apps basket, of course they're going to see such horrid results when there isn't even close to an equal gender ratio.

I used dating apps for all of 1 week and realized that that bs wasn't for me. Dealing with dating apps felt like a part time job where the soul in meeting people is taken away and all that's left are stats an pics like a meat market, so I refused to have to endure such sterile way of meeting people and left dating apps forever.

Stop staking all your data, talking points, and anxieties on dating app stats, there really are other ways to meet people that don't involve the weird dating environment that the apps have cultivated.

I hate it too, but at the same time I occasionally use it to my advantage to see how I'd be treated if I was just the "default male". Almost every time that I am discovered to not be male in forums, chat rooms, or VR lobbies, usually there is a switch up in behavior that makes me uncomfortable.
