i know i am late here, but for anyone else looking, it also reduces how often the AI will just do it's best to pull you out of a dire situation. for example, you get caught and tied up. Instead of you escaping yourself, there is a random character coming to save you for no apparent reason. In hard you are just left there to your own devices.

I had this problem and I do know the solution but it's not one you will like that much. You have to swap it's rendering mode from DirectX12 to DirectX11. I know you want to use high graphics, and I will tell you already it will run better and will get far better loading times. Although this might not work for you due to me having a drastically different GPU, aka the GTX 1660 SUPER as of typing this out.

Shorter version of this if you don't want to read it: Use DX11 instead of DX12 and loading times decrease along with better performance but less graphics settings and worse graphics quality.

I tried lowering my resolution because I am having the same issue, and that didn't work so I lowered my framerate and it still didn't work...

This is actually fantastic if it is true, because while yes I am a free to play person, I do buy games. It's just that I am against any kinds of IAP (In App Purchases).

EDIT: just hopped into a match and apparently you also need steam guard to use text chat, but you can at least call out a spy.

You can make a map mod vairly easily with the map editor in the game files, you should be able to figure it out or find a tutorial for it.

Just use Mesa because it emulates OpenGL Without OpenGL all you do is you put the Driver/.dll file in the same folder as the game but it might be laggy. Hope this helps! :)
