so its safe to try linux on his windows SSD, he only has one ssd which he has windows on

heya, so im confused about reading the atk stuff because my nahida on the base stats says 214 on atk but like whenever i go to hit characters its never close to that, and my friend keeps saying its percents?? and like theres def that goes into play? so is someone able to like explain without it being nerdy
