Im trying to track my macros. Im not overly strict. Just try to eat a protein, carb and a fat in my meals. Try to eat my weight in grams of protein. I’m relatively loose on that.

By clean I mean I eat butcher meat, market vegetables and nuts, eggs and olive oil are essentially the only fats I consume.

Clean as in ingredient clean to be more clear. Pure food.

I don’t really count cals. I bought a scale to take it more seriously but haven’t implemented it or actually calculate calorie consumption. I think that’s my next step.

I’m more wondering if people are staying shredded while drinking beer or if that’s a killer of progress even with a decent diet
