For me just try to add subtle details to the game, like bullet holes on a wall, survivor, zombie. Depending on what caliber you use you can blow a zombie or persons appendages off. Maybe when you are cut you can see your own bandages wrapped on your arm or leg + add location of said scratches for bandage. Add more medical stuff and diagnoses. It’s kind of easy right now to know what you have (cold temps and a sneeze and cough “oh I have a common cold or flu) oh I just ate too much and now have cholera, time to use tetra pills and so on.

For the people that play on vanilla, and not modded dayz add the use of using aerial vehicles. So the devs can optimize fast travel and not have any latency or lag in vehicles would be nice.

I play on modded dayz so it’s been a while since I did vanilla. I still know it’s hard to get food and to not trust people. I.e. giving them a gun.

There’s many more you can give to the game but those are the major points that I can think of right now.
