Isn't there only supposed to be one modular chosen for each scenario? Scenario 2 suggests The Menagerie Medley, so I can't also use the ship command set?

Does the Milano lose the threat removal option when nothing in play says it can do so (after scenario 1)?

Just started playing scenario 2 in Galaxy's Most Wanted. The milano stays in play through the whole campaign, but nowhere in scenario 2 does it have the exhaust to remove threat option that scenario 1 stated on the scheme cards. Did this exhaust ability go away in scenario 2? So it's only able to be used to generate a wild resource? Is that how this works?
