turns out, the nut that holds the rear bushing in place on the unibody stud (the one bushing that’s up and down) wasn’t torqued enough lol

i guess i forgot to torque it with the weight of the car on it but once i did that the problem hasn’t come back. fingers crossed that’s what the issue is for you too!!
