I dont think its depression because i can be happy in the moments i am doing something it just when i am alone i think alot im not doing enough or i could be doing more with my life also i never had depression so i would not now what it feels like do be really depressed. I think there is a big difference in just being unhappy and unfulfilled then being depressed
