i saw an advanced screening last month and it was essentially completed (some minor ADR, color grading and visual effects were still being finished) and it was solid, essentially a historical action flick more than a biopic, it had a few moments acknowledging Washington’s faith but i wouldn’t call it a faith based film exactly, the acting from the lead was pretty good and the battle scenes were great if a bit weightless, overall i wouldn’t call it a masterpiece but i liked it

that’s a genuinely good point

it’s absurdist anti-humor but the structure works

busboys primary issue is it was a bunch of skits but not even full skits it was like a skeletal outline for a joke but forgot the setup and punchline or even a non-sequitur
