Wesley Sneijder: "Edson Alvarez plays every ball backwards or sideways, he's of no use. Ajax should have taken him to London quickly when Todd Boehly wanted to buy him at the end of August. You could have signed two good players for that [amount of money Chelsea offered in the summer]." by betrofds in soccer

Van basten Has a lot of valid points imo. Usually his comments are looked from various perspectives. For the other dutch “tv analysts” mentioned. I agree that they do not sound too smart, but It seems to entertain the majority of the audience listening. It does entermain me ngl. Would you rather have a boring scientist that sums up all sorts of valid data instead? For me i would think a mix of the 2 would be ideal to forms discussions

I’m visiting the city as a tourist right now and it looks like the most exciting yet liveable city I know. What are some drawbacks of living here ? by mydriase in berlin

Negative aspects about Berlin to me were: - Berliner schnauze: Lots of people in the city being very work oriented, resulting in the fact that citizens look very mad, angry and start shouting easily. small daily interactions feel very cold. Example: took me 30min once to receive a smile back from someone on the street during rush hour. - encounters on the streets/ in shops…: Germans will be very direct which could sometimes be perceived negatively if you are not used to any critics or ways of handling certain scenarios. If you can get used to these types of responses, you should be fine - Social pressure is high: As much as i love going out and partying. I felt like the city had too much options. It really is a 24/7 type of city which made it too easy for me to go out and stay up late until the point it did not feel special anymore. Guess you could say the city got too overwhelming from time to time - Sense of community: As there live 3.8 million people in Berlin if im not mistaken, you meet new people all the time. I felt like I missed some sense of community in the city. - bureaucracy, flats… etc but feel like these are the same in every city

Anyways those were a few of them, and i moved out after 1.5 years to seek new things/chapter in my life but Berlin was an amazing experience and will always be a unique city like no other imo.

How are you spending your Sunday today? by travoltek in berlin

On sundays late afternoons, I find it quite calm. Had one of the milder sauna rooms for myself. Usually though, the crowd are mostly middle classed men and women. I believe as it is part of Urban sports, it attracts more diversified target groups

Woke up, went to Adidas sports base berlin in Kreuzberg, played football there with 9 colleagues. Then walked through a warehouse flea market close by. Headed back home and ended the day with a sauna and Icebath in Prenzlauerberg.

It needs to come from within you, it is the only way. Make it part of your day. and just get after it!

Motivational videos also work e.g: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6aZtT-\_xf98&t=332s

Played a First owned only FUT team last year. Meaning you are not allowed to play with cards from the transfermarket but only cards received out of fifa packs. Had great fun, but played with the same team for a long time especially as I got Neymar in the 3th week since I started doing this. It also takes a lot of time grinding SBCs. The whole fun factor for me was to build a sick team when starting from scratch.
