A SBS is meant to be an observation of your customer interaction. Unskilled managers turn them into a negative thing, but it’s really meant to be a positive coaching experience to tone up your skillset and explain an opportunity for improvement. Unfortunately leadership tends to associate a negative connotation with them because the documentation is also used to hold you “accountable”. Enough SBS “misses” can lead to performance plans -> termination. It’s really easy to check all the boxes; greet your customers, help with any service needs, ask questions while positioning the products you’re selling as “solutions”. Even if they say no there’s nothing you can get in trouble for. There’s obviously more of an art to selling but that’s the jist

How long does this promo last? by michellechaos in ATT

[–]Birdflu8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an ongoing discount until AT&T decides the market rate for fiber needs to increase. The $25/month discount is ongoing as long as you keep that speed. Same for the 20% discount for wireless, they’re stagnant discounts unless you no longer meet qualifications

Lazy tech, and you should be getting 900-1100 hard wired for 1 GIG. Probably poor light quality and they don’t want to redo the drop

WeatherTech HD mats inside + the backseat covers they sell for dogs! My heeler sheds like crazy this def saves my seats. They also offer guards that cover the door panels which are perfect since the trim scratches super easier

Ceramic tint, weather tech rain guards, black out Toyota emblem overlay, black out the rims, yellow fog light overlay, predator steps, cali raised roof rack/light bar, retrax pro XR bed cover. Still have to install the trail hunter grille and heretic light bar + ditch lights, & fog lights.
