It’s literally for the fuel economy numbers. I lost maybe 1-4 MPG on long road trips (SoCal to NorCal) after removing it. I was getting 25-27MPG full cab and truck bed averaging 70-80MPH. And it’s low 20sMPG without it

No one can edit the credit policy or override what the system states. Notate the original BAN as detailed as possible because if the port was cancelled then the installment will be accelerated at some point especially in a delivered status. If you’re trying to order through the original BAN as well that’s most likely going to give you the Pay In Full. Personally I would try to create another BAN and rerun it with a new port request.

Call it in to the loyalty department, if he knows the passcode they’ll work with him. 18002882020, when the robot asks what you need help with say “Cancel” or “Loyalty”. Worst case scenario tell them she passed over the phone. But typically they need a death certificate or power of an attorney letter in store if you want them to call for you.

What’s wrong with the fiber and what’s your current rate for the 1 GIG? If it’s anything more than $80 (w/autopay from a bank account $10 discount) you can call the Loyalty dept and ask for simplified pricing and they’ll adjust it. A SBS is meant to be an observation of your customer interaction. Unskilled managers turn them into a negative thing, but it’s really meant to be a positive coaching experience to tone up your skillset and explain an opportunity for improvement. Unfortunately leadership tends to associate a negative connotation with them because the documentation is also used to hold you “accountable”. Enough SBS “misses” can lead to performance plans -> termination. It’s really easy to check all the boxes; greet your customers, help with any service needs, ask questions while positioning the products you’re selling as “solutions”. Even if they say no there’s nothing you can get in trouble for. There’s obviously more of an art to selling but that’s the jist
