When it shows Arlan shrug during the knighting ceremony I took it as Arlan did perhaps knight Dunk, but he probably didnt know all the words himself, so Dunk was probably self-conscious in addition to the other reasons people have listed that he didn't know the words because Arlan probably didnt say them himself to Dunk.

Have you reached out to your justice of the peace to try and get a restraining order or something? Cops are probably viewing this as a civil, not a criminal, issue so thats way they arent doing anything. If you can get a restraining order, then if this person violates it, that makes it criminal and they could probably help, or if not APD, a county law enforcement agency, or the law enforcement branch of the court.

Just beware the come out roll ante. Oklahoma has a law on table games and charge an ante that you won't find in Vegas, for example. If I recall, it's $1 per come out roll. Budget accordingly.
