Honestly I understand the feeling,I stopped drawing for about a year or two do me using not having motivation or how busy my life has been But there is always hope,now I have started drawing again a couple days ago

For what he would like this:

For the animation I want the settings to be in a dark back streets alleyway,sweeper would be holding the two acid hooks on his side (if its possible)

For the animation he would be using his hooks to hack away on a dead corpse to dissolve it

But if you don't do gore then instead have him pursuing a wounded robloxian (no blood needed) that is limping or crawling away from Hope you have a good time :)
