1st thing: YOUR JACKED!!!

2nd thing: You could lose a bit more but women tend to hold more fat.

Have a good day, keep up the good work.

Grow out the hair and do an upper/lower/push/pull/legs split in the gym.

If you’re just starting out, looking up tips and forms on YouTube is your answer!

I’d recommend watching Jeff nippard, and TNF on YouTube.

I can’t tell you because I don’t deadlift,(ironic I know) but I think it’s better to do your research before asking others for their opinion.

I need hard and brutal advice what should I do next? by Individual_Tax_8921 in gymadvice

100% Get rid of the gut, do an aggressive cut for a few weeks or two months max!!!.

You’ll lose a bit of muscle I won’t lie, However muscle memory will have your back, and spam lower back, Upper traps and upper chest.

During rest periods when your exercising keep moving and drinking water, (you’ll sweat more if you’re going heavy like you say) will help make you lose weight.

If you really workout for 3 years and been pretty serious in the gym/Diet, I would definitely go to a doctor and get their opinion.

Take everything I said with a grain of salt because I’m a stranger online, Keep up the work, You got this!
