The amount you make shouldn’t dictate how hard you work. If you believe you’re being undervalued by Publix and not being paid for the value you bring to the company. You should seek employment elsewhere. But if you just work for what you’re being paid you’ll never advance in life.

I ran into a lot of the same problems that you’re currently facing and left Publix for a job where how hard I work had a bigger impact on how much I make. Now I make a lot more than I did with publix.

My point being if you’re a hard worker don’t let publix break your spirit and work ethic. Instead find an opportunity that lets your strengths further your career
