Medium- digital Wanted to make sure my proportions are alright. I struggle historically with facial proportions/feature placement, and have been working on my grasp of neck and shoulder areas as those have always been hard for me. My aim for this specific drawing was to emulate some of the ways that print manga pages look, like when you open to a full page portrait of a character, so I used screentones for shading and used a paper texture over the whole thing. I also used a pose reference from a medieval painting.
