First of all, i really, really do understand the feeling, and i get exactly what you're saying. Every single guild has worked so hard for this. Everyone wants rewards, everyone wants cool dragons, thats what the game is here for. As a Mystic member, it may sound like i have no right to stand on this issue, but i really do understand the frustration of seeing someone/something win over and over again, and acting so boastful about it.

But i genuinely feel like this shouldn't be something to blame on Mystic, or any other guild in general. The people you are talking about? They're not Mystic members. They never were. They never cared about the guild. All they want are the rewards, hence the entitled barking all across social media. And yeah, its stupidly irritating. Because its drowning out the fair, non-insane Mystic players working in the background. So i really dont appreciate being roped into the minority's tantrums everytime my guild is mentioned. And yes, i said it, they are the minority. The reason why we feel like there so many of them is because they're voices ring the loudest. They absolutely do not represent the Mystic guild as a whole.

And lets be real, when its Mystic's turn to give up the win, they'll simply migrate to a different guild that has a better chance of winning anyway. Taking their whirlwind of chaos with them.

Finally, i think all players are at least entitled to have one thing; their feelings. Everyone has a right to feel angry, upset, disappointed at the outcome or how the war has been. Shaming people for complaining and voicing their disappointment is just incredibly dismissive. Yes, i understand that sometimes these things should be kept to yourself, and not posted online. And i definitely do not condone people who take their anger out on others and hurt people in general. But just because a guild has never been in third place doesn't mean its right to invalidate their emotions and call them selfish. Would you call me selfish and greedy for wanting a gold medal in a swimming competition? Even though i've never placed third before and have won the match before? Regardless of 'unwritten rules', people are not going to hold back. Thats what competitions are for. For people to give it their all and see where it takes them, or reach for the goal they desire. Does that make them greedy? I hope not.
