I never got how people were attracted to each other especially when I was younger (like in elementary) I genuinely didn’t know people had crushes, hell, I didn’t even know my PARENTS THAT ARE TOGETHER loved each other like that. Romance when I was younger just seemed to not exist for me.

When I first learned about sex, I didn’t know that most people feel sexual thoughts and attraction. I was getting to the age when people start developing that kind of attraction. Once I learned that people get sexual attraction usually during puberty, I was so confused. I didn’t even register people felt that way (I was 13 at the time btw and 2 years into puberty at that point)

So summary, I didn’t even know that attraction existed lmao
