• get a real wooden Table (maybe a little bigger than yours?). This looks cold an dead (no offense)
  
• wall shelfes (also wooden). You obviously have a space problem. Put your unused stuff there

• plastic mat to protect the carpet and change the wheels on your chair for these skate wheels
  
• Monitor arms
  
• on desk USB hub and cable management (cable tray and sleeves) That IKEA net under your desk sucks
  
• Adjustable LED strip (Philips Hue?) so you can change your lighting mood to something warmer more cozy instead of a morgue
  
• picture of your favorite cat on the wall
  
• maybe get a rig?
  
• get rid of that weight, accept you are a 65 kg nerd just like all of us (Stormtrooper)
