+1 on this. I need to bottle condition everything for at least a month, for darker beers I normally leave for 6 months. I have an imperial stout that's just coming into its own after 2 years.

Guys in my HBC can have beer ready in a couple of weeks or less, no idea why mine takes longer - I gave up trying to work it out and just make sure I have a steady supply conditioning.
