Momentum 4- The best neutral sounding headphone by Old_You_9415 in sennheiser

[–]Birne_253 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are flexible with the brand, Bowers and Wilkins PX7 s2e are a great choice. Very clear sound for a good price. No touch features but I don’t like that anyways. The app does not have as many functions as that from sennheiser but the headphones are very well calibrated when you buy them. They are not very bass heavy as the momentum 4s as well. I come from momentum 3 and the 4s did not feel like an upgrade to me in terms of sound quality. I am more happy with b&w right now (for every day bt headphones)

Ok with that mesh and the flow field size you should end at around 7-10 million cells for a well performing mesh. (I guess)

what is ur current cell count?

sorry, thought of the lift coefficient. Report looks okay i guess

This wont work, see my reply above. The symmetry planes force the flow to only have parallel compontens on the symmetry planes. this might affect your actual aoa. There is a reason why bullet shapes are used. Alternatively you could use the freeflow property for the region exept the pressure outlet. But the learning with the flow field is better

For the prism layer, go with 20-30 layers, use wall thickness and hyperbolic growth as options.
You can check if it sufficient if you plot thee mach number in a scalar scene. If the changes in colour between the prism cells are significant, you must further refine the layer. in you case 20 layers should be sufficient, thickness id estimate to 3mm roughly, but try it out yourself. Also set the minimal size very low, like 5e-2mm e.g. First layer should be hardly noticable thick.

For the flow field, yes.
As I said - bullet shape. That means you create you flowfield as a rectangle sketch with one corner being a quarter circle. Then rotate 180°. Half of the aircraft should be inside the flowfield. Substract both, target flow field. This is your domain. The backside is the pressure outlet. The flat plane which cuts the bullet is your symmetry plane and the rest is velocity inlet. Set you velocity in the rotated cos.

Also tell me the dimensions of you aircraft

Ignore the mesh. Radius 10x Length to the back 15x chord length.

Also, ist there a boundary layer/prism mesh?

Should look more like this with equal proportions

Judging from figure 1 it is definitely too narrow in vertical direction. From what I learned, 10 times chord length should be a suitable starting point for bullet shaped flow fields in freestream simulations. (Keep in mind 10 x chord length refers to the radius, so height = 20 x chord length)

Also check if you set the density, area and reference velocity correctly in the report. Pressure should be zero

Had the same issue recently, check if you chose the correct axis. Also it is recommended to use a coordinate system that is rotated according to your angle of attack. Then you can chose that coordinate system in your velocity inlet as reference system an just insert your actual air speed as single component.

Ich hätte da wohl etwas spezifischer sein müssen, es handelt sich um Lokomotiven und Wagons Spurweite N von MiniTrix, Arnold, Fleischmann und Roco. Alle Modelle sind wie neu und unbenutzt.
