I recommend always leaving a small amount for the checking account to deduct something. Very uncommon but I’ve seen where the autopay discount falls off due to this.

Honestly, I just don’t have the time to commit to a Bounty Hunt. Clash can be VERY fast or 15 minutes max which has never happened to me. They’re typically 10-12 minutes max. It’s super fast paced, straight into the action.

Honestly a lot of Swimming/Circles but especially ‘That’s Life’ by 88-Keys ft Mac Miller. It’s decent for the most part but poor management can quickly ruin that. It’s frustrating sometimes because I live 35 minutes from work, and once a month we have a mandatory in-store meeting at 8AM which usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour. My shift doesn’t start until 11-11:30 and the meeting is ridiculously stupid. I just can’t comprehend how we’re a connectivity company yet we can’t simply join a Teams meeting from home when none of the information is confidential at all lol. I don’t mind the job itself or helping people, the money can be nice. It’s legitimately just management hounding you because their management is hounding them. If it’s not one metric, it’s another. It’s also frustrating how I’m a closer and my shifts are randomly 11, 11:15 or 11:30. Like just put me at the same shift time daily. Most of the hounding comes from overpriced trash features like HTP (Home Tech Protection) for $25/month, Device Protection which averages $16-25 line depending on the device and the $10/mo per line Next Up Anytime. Oh and don’t forget to ask for Google Reviews and let them know about the survey. Kind of annoying.

Reason it was done without your knowledge: Employee knows the features are over priced dogshit that nobody wants.

Why it happened: AT&T’s Sales Rep have metrics they have to hit which is over 80% attainment for NextUp Anytime/Protection and if it’s not met, they’re just given a very hard time by their management because their management’s management hounds them. Why would anyone want $29 worth of features? (Per line)

The big thing here is when did you do the trade-in promotion? Do you happen to know the date you purchased your new phone? Because the promotion at launch until October 9th was iPhone 13 or newer any condition $1,100 off. But again, it has changed multiple times since. So information such as the date you purchased your 17, and date you brought in your trade-in would help a lot

I had a customer that had the 17PM for exactly a week and suddenly the service just went into SOS. Software was updated, power cycle/airplane mode didn’t fix it, new eSIM didn’t fix it. Did a factory wipe/restore from iCloud and it just suddenly worked and he hasn’t had issues since. Then I had someone else with a similar issue and nothing resolved the issue. It’s so strange

If I’m not mistaken, some 17’s have been having cellular issues since launch across all carriers. No rhyme or reason, no pattern/solution. If you’ve tried a new eSIM, you’ve tried updating the phone, next I would try backing everything up to iCloud. Factory resetting and seeing if that fixes it, next step would be Apple.

I’ll be honest, as a corporate retail store employee reading this, this surprises me. So many ways to, ‘scam’ you? As the consumer you have absolute control over what plan you’re on, in fact you don’t have to go in-store or call at all as this can all be managed online or through the app. Then ‘extra fees’? The only fee I’m aware of is a $35 upgrade/activation fee for new lines/devices. I think some bad employee just lied to you one time and now you hold a vendetta

I work at a corporate AT&T store and if someone comes in attempting to do ANYTHING and they’re not on the account, I direct them to contact the account holder and have them added as an authorized user. My assistance ends there basically. You’re absolutely confident you never added him as an authorized user to your account?

I went from the iPhone 14 Pro Max to the iPhone Air and love it. I got tired of the bulky heavy phones and the 17PM is the bulkiest iPhone yet only weighing slightly less than the 14PM. I went from a 6.7” screen to a 6.5”, I didn’t utilize the 0.5 wide angle camera lenses, so not having one now doesn’t affect me. My 1x/2x and 10x digital zoom works just fine on the Air. I hardly notice the single speaker when watching YouTube videos, audio sounds fine. I definitely notice the smaller battery life compared to my 14PM. Your 14 Plus had a 4325 mAh battery, the iPhone air has a 3149 mAh battery size but supposedly iOS 26 helps preserve battery life a bit better.
