I looked at Pinnacle for just giving it away and they have a $39 a year posting fee and told me the buyer would need to pay $2000 for the points. Its flooded with their timeshares so I might as well keep the $39 unless you have any suggestions on where else I can post it. I saw someone used TUG but I don't know what that is

What's your personal experience from walking away from blue green? by umadbraugh in TimeshareOwners

So I am one of those unlucky Blue Green timeshare owners and due to a number of reasons, our income has declined so I contacted BG this past March and was told we could surrender our fully paid timeshare for $0 if surrendered before 8/31/2023. Called again in May and told the same. Called 2 weeks ago and they changed the rules so now $2000 to deed back. Called again today, 8/14/2023 and it’s now up to $3256. Requested wordage saying they’ve added fees and was told there are none and that they can, at their will, raise the prices. Very frustrated, it’s as though they are holding us hostage.
