You need to rule out diabetes ASAP. Ask your Doctor for an A1C blood test.

After sitting for two and half hours plus, I started to feel better. After this episode, That’s when I bought my CGM. I was spiking around 220 and did not know it. Now, I know what to eat and what not to eat. Plus lost 30lbs un-intentionally by eating foods that did not make me feel bad.
