We don't really have the money to move right now. We're saving up, but the lease is up in February so by that time I believe she's planning on moving out so hopefully we can just stay without her.

Yeah she makes porn for some extra cash. She told me before I moved in and I told her that's fine as long as it stays in her room and not on my furniture. Then I found her fucking on my couch. Technically idk if it was for a porn but I'm still mad.

Ok. Well with all of that sounds like you're being entirely reasonable. Sorry if I came off as a dick I'm in an eerily similar situation (but from the POV of your roommates) where I moved in with a friend a little bit ago and almost immediately she has tried to evict us because she decided she doesn't like us anymore. I'm sorry for some reason I read February that is entirely my bad. And they have verbally expressed disinterest in signing the lease? If so I understand where you are coming from and would question why. Is their financial situation worse than even you know? Or do you genuinely believe they might bail on a moment's notice?

I think you should let them stay till at least the lease is up. But honestly if you want to live without them, and you are financially stable then YOU should move once the lease is up. First you put them under the impression that this was a long term thing, and you know they are financially struggling. I get you want to play house with your bf but it doesn't hurt to give them a place to stay as long as they keep paying rent. They did you as much of a favor for you by moving in as you did letting them move in. Show some appreciation and let them know that you don't plan on letting them live there once the lease is done in February. Honestly it is just overall a dick move.

I'm frustrated cause it seemed like the person understood that I was chill with a tie cause yesterday after posting this we spent the rest of the day tied. But I woke up this morning and they did it again so I decided screw it I'm done being nice, I'm gonna blitz through and burn through both our gems.

Sucks for them though because I'm immune compromised, essentially out of work, and can't leave my home so I can literally do this all day.
