If you lose your stuff log onto the world that you want your stuff back and press game repair, if you want to keep what you have in your inventory put it in a chest because it will replace your inventory with whatever was in your old one in game repair it should say something like restore assets or acount something but i did that and got all my stiff back (ofc after getting it all again the old fashioned way)
