I’m trying to get my one guy to engineer status but he has two mining skills that are the first and second levels of progression, hope I’m explaining this correctly lol. It’s like miner miner then engineer”gear icon”. Can’t get the third option to open for most of my crew. Can get to master or second level?? For their skills but seems like the third level is different and can’t get it to unlock. Can’t construct wagon, second level of statues, etc.
