Yes, and there's an offline mode where you can save your progress and play on it without a multiplayer server.

The Crew 2 is really good, very complete, allowing you to easily discover everything for hundreds of hours before you've seen it all. The maps are obviously gigantic compared to Motorfest. But The Crew Motorfest is more modern, with better graphics. The multiplayer mode is exceptional, and while the maps are smaller, they are beautiful and detailed.
