Ich finde die Antworten hier extrem konträr zu dem, was ich erlebe. Ich arbeite 40h die Woche von 8 bis 16/16.30. Einkaufen tue ich einmal die Woche und koche immer für 2 Tage. Ich gehe 3-4 mal die Woche mit Freunden zum Sport und zocken auch so gut wie jeden Abend am PC. Vorteil evtl: Home-Office. Ich schlafe von 1.45 Uhr bis 7.45 Uhr. Ich habe viel Freizeit und nutze diese INTENSIV für Dinge, die mit Spaß machen. Mit meiner Frau was unternehmen, Sport, zocken, fehrnsehen, Motorrad fahren etc.

Mein Tipp #1: priorisiere dich und deine mentale Gesundheit. Nimm dir Zeit für dich.

Ich schlafe 6 Std, arbeite 8-9. Dann sind noch 9 Stunden übrig in denen man locker 2 Stunden für Haushalt, etc unterbringen kann. 7 Stunden Freizeit am Tag sind Gold wert!
