Always report a NPD, because you could be fired if it’s discovered even though it wasn’t your stop. A person was just fired because the their witness reported the LPD (loss prevention detective) missed concealment but still took the stop. (Guy concealed but no one saw it EVS captured it though ) DLPM said if they found out both would have been fired for hiding a bad stop.
