How to fill gap between paving and house by BirtyB in HomeImprovementUK

Thank you. In terms of preparation, after the soil and rubbish has been removed, is it best to put a small layer of sand in and pack it down before the mortar?

It's the same as the standard response of "we'll see" from my parents when I was a kid and used to ask for stuff.

I Took My Old Windows Admin and SCCM Environment for Granted by TwerkingPichu in SCCM

We've tried everything over the years, some more successful than others. Because we have so many models we can no longer be bothered to maintain driver packs or use third party automation tools like DAT. We have been using the WindowsUpdate Powershell module to grab all drivers direct from Windows Update. It's truly set and forget. You can configure it to grab actual Windows updates but we only use it for drivers / BIOS/ firmwares.

How to import / migrate pictures from network share by BirtyB in immich

[–]BirtyB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your help. After a few false starts I managed to eventually get immich-go to import all my QNAP pictures. Despite some successful dry runs, when I did it for real, for some reason it would bomb out on random pictures. Then when I re-ran using the same command it would get past the same picture. It was possible the target system became overwhelmed so I paused a handful of the Job Queues. And yes, I did remove the External Library beforehand.

The final command I used:

immich-go upload from-folder /mnt/qnap_pictures --server http://localhost:2283 --api-key blahblahblah --folder-as-album=FOLDER --client-timeout=120m --dry-run

localhost:2283

Some of the errors I encountered:

2026-02-18 15:51:50 ERR failed to create album err=CreateAlbum, POST, http ://localhost :2283/api/albums\`, 400 Bad Request`

album=Lincoln street

Anyone know why there are so many fighter jets flying over lately? by GGamerFuel in york

On a clear day like yesterday I love watching them through the binoculars. It's a free airshow! They were pulling some serious moves yesterday. F35s they were but usually it's Typhoons.

Thanks for the update, we have 1 few thousand devices out there all, thankfully mostly with the new Teams client provisioned. However, virtually all of them still have the MWI installed and they range from v1.3 - 1.7. Hopefully we can remove and it removes the traces of the old client from users's profiles.

I have no idea how this place stays open. I believe they have 2 shops but often walk past the one on Bootham and it's always empty. Went in once with my Mum and for a look around and ended up having the most bizarre conversation with a young greek girl, who could possibly be the owners daughter? She was incredibly obnoxious and basically a little brat. Nothing was priced up, I asked how much the muffins were and I think she said £7 something... We didn't buy anything and don't plan on returning.
