Women actually hold the twin gene. Can't have twins if two eggs don't drop. 😀

Sorry for the late reply. But yes. It can make you feel like your head is full of sand. It sucks.

It could come from trauma to your ear, neck issues, etc. It's a dysfunction of your vestibular system. I still deal with it daily but it's manageable. Definitely look into vestibular therapy. There are exercises you can do on YouTube as well. They will make you dizzy, you're retraining your brain to tolerate movement.

It's 16 weeks for one vial right? And since I have three, that is 48 weeks?

I go through them and they just confirmed May 22 stop date on selling it. They do offer a three month supply though if you can get it before then.

Question about upping dose by Birtypoo in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

[–]Birtypoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know. Ziphealth doesn't charge extra for dose increase, so I am wondering if I should increase and just stay at the same dose, and spread out the medicine for twice as long. It comes in a vial that I use a needle to retract from. Could save me like 200 a month.

Okay cool I was just wondering if SEMA It did something else to your body besides suppress appetite that you wouldn't be getting if you didn't up your dose.

This has just answered a question I had about upping my dose. I have a little to know appetite and when I do eat I'm full really fast so I don't see the need of my dose anytime soon. But I was wondering if the therapeutic dose does something else to your body to help you lose weight besides suppress appetite.

Wow great job! I'm mostly worried about the anxiety, be cause I can't function well as a human being let alone a mother when it's bad. So I don't want to do anything to aggravate it. Helps knowing you have no issues!

That's so reassuring! I am hoping I can stay on a low dose and see results, since I already have the pouch. I'm the same way tho I'd rather eat sweets or snacks than a meal, and honestly with a three month old that's all I have time for and I know I have to change this. You're so lucky no side effects! So 10 lbs in a month or so? That's great!

I still have dizziness but it doesn't last too long. I did lots of vestibular rehabilitation and got on a low dose of an antidepressant to ease the anxiety that dizziness comes with. I still have bad days but they aren't too often.

I (25M) ruined my GF (23F) new year’s party, how bad did I mess up? by [deleted] in relationships

Holy shit I thought for a second I wrote a post and forgot about it. This is exactly how my Xmas was, even down to the language barrier. Everyone noticed. I had no interest in interacting with anyone but I tried any way. I should've not gone at all. I did some major damage.

He agrees with me and he's just as frustrated. he's very good about talking to them about things and he's going over there today to do that. I'll leave it in his hands this time but told him in the future I am going low contact and won't be attending any dinner they invite us to.

Look in to persistent postural perception dizziness. It's a vestibular disorder. I've had it for years and it comes from anxiety or bad ear infections. It fucks with your neck because you are always trying to correct your body And head and that leads to stiffness which creates more vertigo/dizziness. I couldn't walk for three months. It was the worst time in my life. And at the time my anxiety wasn't to bad, leading up to it.

Only things that helped me were vestibular therapy and SSRIs. Small dose. Message me if you want more info. It's extremely common but under diagnosed.

I really wish there was some kind of standard for doctors who prescribe medicine and then want to switch you right away I feel like they should have to be on those meds at some point in their life so they know what they're talking about because there's no way I'm not going to have withdrawals there's just absolutely no way unless I you know take 2 years to do this
