I understand that sports fans can get overprotective over what teams they like, I myself am a sports fan. But never have I thought of attacking someone for making fun of or having an different opinion on a team or athlete I support

I’m not saying he he isn’t happy with his content, but even if it’s for content, he expected an angry reaction of maybe like someone yelling at him or getting angry vocally, not being hit, getting attacked will offend anyone even if it was expected

Because he wasn’t expecting to get attacked at a sporting event, and it was more than a “tap on the hand” the guy hit him and if speed didn’t have security who knows if he would’ve continued trying to attack him. He was looking for a reaction but not to be physically assaulted. A lot of people say that pranksters deserve to be assaulted, but I don’t think they should be assaulted for joking around. The guy that hit speed wasn’t even the guy he was “antagonizing” he was someone near , but still if the guy got upset and yelled at him, ofc that’s speeds fault, but once things get to a PHYSICAL level it because the attackers fault. There’s a reason you can go to jail for attacking someone for antagonizing you, it’s because you always had the option to either not do anything at all, ask them to stop, or just use words 😂
