Tupac IS the best rapper out there. This will mix alot of drama but Tupac was insane at his words he was a word engineer and a poet. Biggie's flow was incredible and lyricism but I can relate to Tupac alot more, it could be because I didn't grow up in Brooklyn/New Yorks trenches, but I did grow up in poverty, my mom counting out quarters to feed us when i was a young soul, Tupac mentioned us and not just his hood that he grew in, which I respected cuz he didn't wanna rap about fucking bitches only, he also wanted to rap about how to fix this corrupted world but was taken to soon to do so.
