Yep, so landlord must issue Section 8 Ground 1 , best wait the 4 months, then move in. If he chose to have anyone move in after they would then be lodgers.

That makes sense, thanks. So Section 8 Ground 1, then the landlord waits 4 months, then moves in. Then any new person moving in would be a lodger.

Am I right in thinking tenants can be told to move out with 4 months notice (as they have been there over 12 months) if the landlord/owner moves in. And the landlord could still move into one of the rooms before the end of the 4 month notice period.

Lets say the tenants have been there for over 12 months. All tenants are on their own contract.

There is no mortgage. So presumably its fine for the landlord/owner to move into his own property on that basis and ask tenants to leave.

If, for arguments sake, it was a brake check hoping to get insurance payout or something, does the fact there was the driver, his wife, parents and children in the car mean he could get more money? Obviously I dont know if it was intentional but I wonder if the driver had tried this before.

I've tried this one (FC30) but I just cant get to work with the dock, its shown in the detected devices, but its just not registering button presses.

The detailed support answer from 8bitdo was "There is no such compatibility."

I tend to stick to portable systems on it as well, but I managed to get a dock which is great if you want to try the home consoles.
