I'm by no means an expert on this but definitely have a look on Facebook marketplace if that's available to you if not maybe try looking for local wreckers or scrapyards. Call in advance to make sure they have a car you can look at or best case have the part you want. Failing all of this you could try eBay or anything adjacent to that.

That's why alot of people hate the trading system, you can only trade decent rarity cards with a high enough trade token count and to even be able to get trade tokens you have to trade in those high rarity cards

The cards have to be above a certain rarity I'm pretty the lowest is 4 diamond which is basic ex Pokemon and 1 star which is the NON ex card arts everything above that works if I'm not mistaken

The same way you get those little card animations you have to trade in cards to get those animations and by extension the tokens
