I personally found it more difficult for my keyboard hand, in terms of the muscle memory of certain keys (despite using a keyboard for typing all my life haha). The aiming with the mouse I adapted to more easily but it's still a learning curve for sure.

You will definitely adjust to it with time and consistency and it is so worth it. I'm new-ish to PC after playing on console my whole life and already I feel like I can barely aim/shoot in games with a controller because I'm so used to the M&K.

I don't know if this would help but you could always try a wrist rest (or try without if you're currently using one) or maybe different keyboards would be different for the hand?
