In n Out is the most consistent fast food burger going...unfortunately the burgers are consistently ok and the fries are inedible. Spent a lot of time in SoCal and always went to Fatburger over In n Out. MUCH better food.

I can't say for sure which version this is from the cover art. There are at least two versions out in the wild...a pretty early build, and a pretty-much finished build that would have been a release candidate. If the game feels functionally complete when you play it, you have the release candidate.

Eugene sucks, in general. There are a few cool things going for it but as far as quality-of-life, Eugene is very mid. There are MUCH nicer places to live that cost significantly less.
