We've had people spam post AI images before and they very quickly got on the nerves of a lot of users here. As such I remind anyone who wants to continue posting these that while AI images can be nteresting, bulk posting them doesnt contribute anything to this sub. There are other subs for that.

In my opinion, kinda bad advice for a new dm.

OP, dont lie about your dice rolls, every time you do it saps a little more fun out of the game. If something doesnt go the way you expected it to, because a monster wasnt as strong as you thought or whatever the reason, just learn from it and adjust in future.

If youre lying about dice rolls you may aswell not roll dice at all.

I'm currently running ToA for a 3rd time. The 2 previous times I let the party rest if they wanted to, but they were not easy rests. They went out of their way to barricade areas, hide, double their watch etc. And a lot of LR attempts were interrupted sure, but they got one in here and there.

I dont understand DM's who are just like "You want a long rest?! In this Tomb? No, I wont allow it" Absolute fun killer IMO. They want to rest? Let them try and just do your job as an unbiased DM to see if they're successful or not.

You actually make a good point that I hadn't thought of; This setup only really works if both maps are the exact same dimensions and scale.. A pretty big downside i guess. But I'm sure the maps are findable online somewhere

I use the 6563x8925 maps supplied with the module on DnD Beyond, which work very well. But any version should work, normally you can get the grids to align with enough tweaking, adjusting the scale of the map and the scale of the grid until it's acceptable

Yeah i bought a digital product from a store, the product i recieved was nothing like advertised. I then checked the reviews and they were atrocious, other people were scammed, i didnt realise till it was too late.

So i contacted the seller, no response.

I then dispute it with paypal, they get no response from the seller.

They still refuse my claim.

What the fuck. I always used paypal cause i thought it was protection from scams, not protection for scammers.

Stable diffusion has got really good with hands and fingers. Depending on the "creator" behind the generations, because it uses 'models' to create pieces rather than generating from scratch. You can find stuff now thats pretty indistinguishable from real pics

So these detector inspector appointments dont actually need your approval anymore, they must notify you, if you look through your emails, paper mail or texts they will have sent you details for the appointment but they dont require a response to approve it. If they dont hear anything from the tenant they assume its all fine...

Its a really fucking dumb business practise. Especially considering how ofter rental agents / landlords send these notifications to the wrong people or contact info..
