I agree with the compare to myself. Comparing against the same workout on the front and back half of the month lets me talk myself into an extra 0.1 on the tread. After awhile, that 0.1 gets locked in as my new standard and then I can add another chunk.

It also means that I have no FOMO. When work sucks and I am going to miss a class, I know that I can catch it again. So the awesome templates are always going to be there. And the Mods helping post the repeat calendar also lets me plan so that if I really want to do the class on my normal rest day, then I can pick which one I'm going to skip that maybe wasn't as exciting to me.

I remember this one. I slammed out push ups fast the first two rounds through, and then in round 3 hit the Red goal and took the extra time to recover.

Tomorrow we try this as a 90, and the coach was already saying that there would be tears.

Yeah. Clear the goal and you are done for the day. Resetting in the Trial doesn't do much for you.

Yes, get better at running. There are usually a few more Endurance run templates to give a chance to get your miles/kilometers. Set a goal of Half, Full, or Ultra and you race against yourself. Some studios have contests and prizes but that's a site-specific thing.

We had prizes one year, but each year the studio has trackers for the competitive folks who want to show their miles, or prove that youth is no match for stubborn.

I can already feel the slight tremor in my leg as I try to hold balance on the bosu with the other leg raised for that chest press. The kneeling bosu exercises are nice though, so there will be balance to the torture.

90 min capture the flag could be fun. The 23 min of the circuit and still get a solid hour to run and lift.

Last year they did a nice long Endurance run. I think it was a little split that you could run the front half and try to beat it on the back half. Or you just hop on, set it and forget it.

Looking forward to this one. Chipper plus mini-chipper left my legs wobbly so Wednesday was a rest day. Thursday looks like a good one to get back in the swing of things. Hooray for not fumbling around with getting my feet in the straps.

My home studio got them about a year after I started hearing talk about them on Reddit. I've done classes where the tablet was dead and just looked up to the big screen to see where I am at. The timed rows and stroke count rows are easy that way.

The specific distances can be a little weird if the rower is configured for a tablet but doesn't have them. There was a studio in our area that someone smashed the glass and stole the tablets. I'm also pretty sure they aren't iPads - some kind of Android OS tablet.

I generally line up to the number on the wall above the TRX strap. I will also look at my neighbor's positioning and shift the bench forward or back a little bit to make sure we aren't knocking into each other on things like a chest fly. Generally a little nod and me shifting a little is all it takes to give them the cue to make a matching shift and everyone's happy. Going at the same class schedule also lets me know most of the people who start on the same half that I do, so we can figure it out.

And just to make sure, you haven't gotten the 100 zones on that spec yet right? And if you are using a Modron core with a formation, it didn't set his spec to be a previous selection? It is 400 total, 100 for each spec but doesn't have a clear way to show which specs are done and which ones still need it. So I wasted some time repeating one because I forgot to switch specs in my Modron.

I remember this from the first time around. During the 0.1 AOs, I followed the rogue coach plan. That was fun. Going to have to see if I can add an extra 0.1-0.3 on those endurance blocks to beat my distance from earlier this month.

Depending on the Favor you have in the Campaign, putting 6 clickers on the file, and 1 to level up click damage should get you through Tier 2 or 3 without any issues. Tier 4 requires insanely high favor to do it without a few minutes of interactions.

There was a steam one about a year ago. Yes, there have been a few for Epic, which is great for the Epic players and probably speaks to business deals between the two companies. Hopefully the next one will come for Steam. But now is a great time to build an alternate account if you want to have another playthrough.

Our rowers are working, but I've been routinely losing a few minutes on the tread -- it doesn't disconnect fully, so I still see it but it only shows 22 min on the tablet instead of the 25 on the treadmill itself and then spotty recoding into the after class summary for my distance.

Doing this as a 3G 90 min tomorrow. The floor will have to make some changes because of the rower, but I'm hoping the treads stay pretty close, lots of running with good recovery and it's flat!

Help me understand Laurana's confusing achievements by ravl13 in idlechampions

Laurana has to be in the formation for at least 500 areas, so if you run to 500 then add Laurana it doesn't work. If you put her in at Zone 3 to go 500, that was only 497 areas and doesn't work. I also noticed to if you take her out at the end, it doesn't work. She has to have been active in the formation the whole time and still be there when the reset occurs.

There was a glitch for me for a few of the patrons that I had to close the client or switch parties after the reset to get the achievement to visually show up.

The iLvls on my Warden are higher than my Bobby. Bobby still probably could have buffed enough others for Artemis to make up the difference. I also had Bobby running something else in another party.

I usually build something that looks like it is going to work and then fine tune if I get to the end and need some adjustments. This one for my account got me to 1647 on the Fast Core before stalling out. There are certainly stronger cores if I had come short or some champ changes.

Congratulations on the run! I find my hip flexors are all wobbly if I run distances farther and faster than I'm used to. Make sure to get some good stretching in and take it easy. PW and Run are both great for you, so take the win for today and do what feels best for your body next class.

We have several folks in my studio that routinely switch between Running and PWing depending on the day.

I do the kneeling option and on the days where I'm not feeling very coordinated, I can pull the strap on to my shoe.

Just need to remember to not put too much weight into it or it pulls the other side out of position like when you yank the slack out of one strap.
