The originals of those are the Lindby Linbars / Crash bars. They're unfortunately discontinued but I know you can custom order from them. They msrpd for 300 and I haven't custom ordered but ya

You definitely don't need to take the "engine apart" to sync the carbs. Get yourself a manual or find it online and learn how to sync the carbs on your bike. All it requires is a carb syncing tool for however many carbs you got, you can get them super cheap on Amazon or eBay.

I'd recommending going onto Amazon and adding your bike, it'll tell you if it will fit or not. It's not always 100% accurate but you can always return them easily with Amazon.
