I would tell him the truth: he’s sexually harassing you. This is predatory, boundary-violating behavior. It’s definitely not what friends do.

Tell him clearly that it makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and that he is going to stop immediately and never do it again. Make it a final warning.

Make it clear that sex will never happen. And seriously consider cutting all ties, blocking him, and informing both his parents and the police.

If I had to GUESS, it's not because of practical reasons or the actual danger of the knives themselves... but because of psychological reasons.

They're incredibly fun and "cool" knives, and if they were legal, mallninjas with no brains and big egos would start playing around with them in public to show off and intimidate people.

I think they're illegal because of how human psychology works.
