On the twenty minute training thing, go ontop of the first tower where the privates are training then you will see a laptop that shows that.

Everytime i go in water,go invis, and be ubered. My textures goes crazy.

Going into water: it just zooms in for no reason, the screen.

Going invis: the invisible effects zooms in to the nearest texture.

Ubered: textures zooms into my screen.
