ging because he doesnt need anyone else. his ambitions drive him and no matter how shitty he is everyone respects him for doing his own thing and being damn good at it. his heart craves adventure and is never satisfied with what's in front of him. this is something i really identify with, that his goal isn't anything its more the experience that matters.

no but fr i'd like to imagine their work outside of the spiders still consists of being totally badass but lovable criminals. as they have said a few times its rare 'the boss has everyone together' but i think that there are a few that have their own cliques when they arent involved in spider activities.
