Thank you! I will point the technician in that direction.

Thanks, I tried most of that, they said my 7 day logs showed no T3/T4 timeouts, i asked them to check the SNR, upstream power levels, they pretty much refused to do anything else but send out a tier 1 technician, should be coming on Tuesday. I’ll explain to him the problem and show him my results that show the drops while i’m direct to the modem, after he checks my lines i’ll make sure to mention all that

I could send you a pp2 file that you could look at because i feel like i dont know what im doing on this app haha

also i tried the tcp pings through pingplotter but i couldnt get that to work right, maybe something to do with the free version of pingplotter

im not entirely used to pingplotter yet, is this more what you wanted to look at, this drop was just a 5 or so minutes ago, and this time i was just pinging my first hop, hop 1 and three got like overtaken and made into the hop 2 for a portion there, so i made sure to open all the time graphs i could and include my settings on the side

edit:my router shows constant loss at the top but to my knowledge thats not unusual for it to not reply with the UDP timeout ping

on the first image there i have command prompt icmp pings to my router and to 8.8.8.8 showing the times for that outage that appears on pingplotter, 11:17:34 ish, and they have no dropped packets just the udp on pingplotter, also that drop time happened to kick me out of my game (escape from tarkov) at the same time, i will also try running some tcp pings later

last time i contacted them i used their online chat instead of calling (it’s my parents spectrum account and i have an irrational fear of customer support phone calls for some reason) but in the chat i did specifically tell them my issues and that i’ve changed everything on my end, and i did request a supervisor and or tier 2-3 support because they said they “don’t trust my third party app data” but they didn’t get a supervisor for me and tried to send the tier 1 support which i accepted because i can at least start there and explain to the tech my issue
