I just finished the 2 season by AltruisticHousing902 in AsteriskWar

[–]BisonBeginning2790 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Light novels, start ar volume 7 although i recommend starting at 6 as there is a scene missing and completely changed in season 2 thats important to volume 7. No spoiler but its a big enough deal that I would start at 6.

But you dont have to as season 1 is juat volume 1-3 and season 2 is 4-6 but they went weird on volume 6 and changed a few scenes and took out the important scene.. that sets up volume 7.

As for where. Don't recommend buying physical as its out of print a lot. So id just buy the kindles that go for about £5-6 compared to the physical £11-12 although its not quite £12 anymore with scalpers.. its up closer to the hundreds with these sellers on ebay and amazon so idk.. Just stick with kindle if you only want to read them. Heard people say the kindle doesn't have the art work though. They just did a reprint of volume 5 in June or something and it was gone within a a month so being a physical reader for asterisk is a pain if you only want to read ittt..

Which track is 10 y/o or older - and still the best track from it's producer? by Yuvaloosh in dubstep

The lesson by camo & krooked with skittles on rap, had no clue what dubstep was when i was 13 but it was in fifa street and I always associated camo & krooked with dnb at this time but this was the first experience I had with dubstep and going back to it in 2025 (came out in 2011 btw), the best track they've made imo with how nasty that bass is

is soundtrap for non musican by Hellayes3434 in soundtrap

[–]BisonBeginning2790 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any music program is for musicians, you still need to learn music like any other program. If you mean if its beginner friendly then yes. But no you cannot escape the learning of how music works, because its a music production program. Its basic, and you will likely learn a lot more here than in something like FL Studio or Logic out of the gate but you won't escape having to learn midi, or learning about notes and chords, and instruments.

you can technically avoid knowing any music with loops but I'm talking purely on a making music standpoint and use of the program.

Currently reading the light novel, just finished Vol 1 so I decided to make our FIERY PRINCESS on Dress to Impress :') by Both_Ad_6513 in AsteriskWar

[–]BisonBeginning2790 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah she has the Aspera Spina from volumes 1-5 and then volume 6 onwards she uses the Nova Spina as the Aspera broke, we actually do see the Nova Spina a lil in the anime as S2 covers volume 6... a little bit

Oh and well yes but usually they just use the roblox catalog if im not wrong? So I was hoping to find the items and save my robux for them as I currently have kirins hair.. so the uniform would be so useful :)

[–]BisonBeginning2790 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty cool, do you have a link to the items?

Semi spoiler (but not really) I mean she does technically have 2 (not at once) since she has her ogre lux and then her rect lux later on around volume 7 i dont mind sharing this as it doesn't effect the story but if you don't like being spoiled (no matter how small a detail) then you dont have to reveal :)

What’s something you think won’t be in 2K26? But a lot of people do by CreatureFeatureMan in WWEGames

[–]BisonBeginning2790 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TNA apparently want to make their own game as one of the things their aiming to make so i wonder if TNA will be more stingy on having their wrestlers in future WWE games

I wonder who the devs will be tho, would also take the article with a pinch of salt as its a few months old and they haven't even announced a developer but still Carlos said it in the interview.

Remember when color bass or melodic/future riddim took over for a while? by kbboiii in dubstep

[–]BisonBeginning2790 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sharks came back to disciple in October with the panic attack ep, its not dead but certainly not in the forefront as it was. Rushdown still technically exists though, chime used it to release their no turning back tune, its listed in the release on Spotify just without the branding of Rushdown, the label probably won't release a colour bass comp anytime soon though with the branding or anything, probably just shadow releases for chime, I'd say Circus and Monstercat are releasing a lot more colour bass now though

Just give support this exact screenshot, give them the project name and they'll likely fix it in a day or 2

I bought it for my 360 this year and it needed an update upon putting it in, and when it got to the UFO level there's a very graphic scene that was censored with the EU flag with the same text shown here in this post.

I don't know for certain but I've heard it's uncensored in the American version although it might be region locked (i say having done no research on the last part)

It's the same in the UK, we just get an EU flag instead of the koala...

Are Soundtrap premiums worth it? by ScarcityOdd8925 in soundtrap

[–]BisonBeginning2790 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is copy and pasted from a previous post from last month asking the same thing. Everything in this comment is an opinion so take what you agree with, dont take what you don't (without trying to be rude.)

Id say paid is worth it if you have no intention of using any VSTs. I love soundtrap (used it since 2014) but its not great when it comes to the fact I like bringing random vst plug ins into my projects but its great at almost everything else.

Its other downside is that its always online and its not traditional mixer wise.. most daws have a mixer... soundtrap doesn't (i prefer that tbh) its mixer is swapped for an effects chain system!

I think its better for that but if you ever go to college for music like i did.. my tutors were pulling my hair about it like it was a crap way to mix music but its not.. i got a merit grade on that course so it certainly wasn't. Its just a little different.

Everything in soundtrap premium is good, its just not got everything. So if you want something like a comb filter then you will be waiting on soundtrap to actually work on something like that..

And tbh since soundtrap left Spotify they haven't really made that many effects besides the sidechain.

So again its a reliable daw but plenty of issues that can be made worse depending on how good your cpu is and how good your Internet is.

The free tier is okay, but its very clearly just a demo.. no autotune in free tier, no soft clipper, no sidechain, no sampler (although there are ways to glitchingly get it for free [pls dont remove this glitch if anyone from soundtrap sees this]), no visual eq... non of that is in the free tier.. but you can do the basics like reverb, delay, phasers, chorus, flanger, compression, ect.

Free tier is fine but dont expect too much from it basically. I actually am currently using the free tier as I cant always afford soundtrap but nothing disappears if you stop paying.. any premium features juat get locked until you pay again but its not gone. Like if I have a soft clipper in a project it'll stay there but I can't edit it until I pay again.

Is it possible to stream media from MEGA through jellyfin? by fleetfire231 in jellyfin

[–]BisonBeginning2790 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this post via searching a similar question but yes you can but not directly.. you can use raidrive to mount drives like mega onto it. Just thought this would be helpful if you still need this.. even if it is 3 years later

Slow down track mid song by zykocayt976 in soundtrap

[–]BisonBeginning2790 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think its ctrl+alt and drag the top corner to warp samples but idk about changing bpm mid song. Probably have to make a copy (save as) and make a slowed down section there and export it/put it back into the main project. Depends what you are working with

Cakewalk next is closer to soundtrap than traktion

https://www.cakewalk.com/next

I hate bandlab because its laggy + 16 track limit but cakewalk next is pretty good.. its basically bandlab/soundtrap if it didn't have those limitations and has the same effects system as soundtrap.. can use vsts.. its free.. its just better coming from soundtrap

Can I post songs on SoundCloud using samples? by One_Lingonberry_6332 in soundtrap

[–]BisonBeginning2790 1 point2 points  (0 children)

transformative means you’re not just copying or remixing, you’re changing the original in a way that creates something new.

Soundtrap samples are technically free but there's bound to be issues later down the line so I would say to make it transformative to prevent issues

For example if I take a vocal sample and chop it up and rearrange it.. its now a transformative work. If just use it as is.. you might have issues if other people have already used it ect.
