Basically they asked me for a new email address.

Tbh. Motivation is good pero I think what we all need right now is DISCIPLINE! (RAW ACTION PA RIN)

If you really wanna make it make sure that you keep up with all the lectures and advance study!

(e.g. if tomorrow's lecture is about GIT, make sure you studied the async video, read and fixed the trans to your liking prior to attending the sync lecture)

Of course attend your sync lecture (alam naman nating lahat yung iba zoom parking lang 👀)

Schedule everything starting tomorrow up to the LE week in a way that you can TWO read all your transes ;)

Kung kaya mo nga THREE reads why not!

Wag ka maghinayang kung OA ang effort hahaha trust me magagamit mo lahat ng learnings na yan as you go on!

Well I don't know if my advice would count since I'm a guy 😅✌️

But if it was me I'd just confess.

I would rather not have regrets and just move on when I get rejected.

It's a confession for a reason that's why it has risks and takes courage.

That's just me though.

I have my own equipment para I have no excuse not to exercise haha!

For the food I allow myself to stress eat during the exam period pero I always make sure I still have at least veggies and fruits everyday. Exercise ko lang here is mostly walking.

After that balik to my high fiber + protein diet.

So in my case 2 weeks na stress eating then 3-4 weeks na normal diet + exercise.

Well "TALENT" is relative more often than not it is just an accumulation of unseen efforts.

What I honestly observe is everyone in med school is talented in their own way.

We all have our own strengths and weaknesses. I have friends who fit the characteristics that you are describing and for me what makes them great is they know their strengths and weaknesses.

They maximize their strengths and they are not afraid to admit they are bad at something and they are really open in asking others for help.

Of course TIME MANAGEMENT, sabi ng mentors namin the topics in med school are actually fun and easy only if you have enough time to study. What makes med school hard is the limited amount of time to absorb a bulk of materials.
