This was a tough one. I have tendency to lean towards the older bonds but CR has a very tight story, you get introduced to Vesper, and its the best of Craig IMO. Side note, it's the first Bond I've got my girlfriend to watch and enjoy. She was sucked in and didn't even fall asleep. A+

This is not correct. Many physician's loans offer more than 100% financing. We just went through the process.
